Arrow Gigs

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for account security and for all actions taken under your account credentials.

• Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• Creating accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes is prohibited.

2. Marketplace rules

Arrow Gigs is a platform connecting clients and freelancers. We do not independently deliver project services.

• No illegal, fraudulent, or misleading projects.
• No harassment, hate content, impersonation, or spam.
• No posting or transfer of content that infringes third-party rights.

3. Fees and payment

Applicable service fees are displayed before transactions are confirmed. Payments are handled through the platform's payment and escrow workflows.

• Funds are released according to agreed milestones or completion conditions.
• In disputes, Arrow Gigs may review evidence and enforce policy decisions.

4. Intellectual property

Users retain ownership of work and content they lawfully create or upload. You grant Arrow Gigs a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display submitted content for platform operations.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arrow Gigs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to Arrow Gigs in the six months before the claim arose.

6. Termination

You may stop using Arrow Gigs at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, legal risk, or abusive behavior.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict of laws rules. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes must be brought in courts located in Delaware.
